Cyclone uses only nylon core cable of 18 to 22 mm in diameter. Each cable has six galvanized steel strands simultaneously twisted with a U.V. stabilized polyamid on the nylon core. Polyamid is the best know polymere that resists fading. The cables mechanical strength varies from 4 000 to 9500 kg depending on the cables diameter and yet, it remains flexible and consequently reduces potential falls and injuries.
Cyclone's central posts and external frames are made of galvanized steel and are polyester powder-coated.
